Sweet and Spicy Cabbage

Ingredients
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a nonstick pan or wok. Add the first 5 ingredients from the list above into the pan or wok. Place on medium-low heat for about 4 minutes until all the water evaporates out of the tomatoes. Then cook the rest of the ingredients in a separate pan (for crunchy veggies) or in the same pan (for soft and completely cooked veggies). Mix veggies and sauce together if cooked in separate pans and enjoy with rice.
