Dahi (Yogurt)

Dahi (Yogurt) can be had in the morning or later in the day as a snack. Ever since I have started eating yogurt it has changed my life. So if you have any GI diseases try to eat lots and lots of plain yogurt or with some spices.
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 2 cups
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 tsp
- Mint Leaves - 6
- Green Onion - 1
- Salt & Pepper
Method

Add olive oil, finely chopped garlic and cumin seeds to a frying pan. Cook for a few seconds until you smell the garlic and turn off the heat. Make sure you don't over heat and brown the garlic.
Step 3
Chop the mint leaves and green onions.
Step 4
Finally mix the garlic, mint leaves, green onions and yogurt to complete this dish. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
