Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • Loosely Packed Mint - 1 cup
  • Green Chili - 1
  • Red Onion - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Amchur Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients

Remove the mint leaves from the stems and rinse them thoroughly. Then throw all the above ingredients including mint into a food processor or in a blender and blend it until smooth. This chutney can be served as a dipping sauce with the lamb,chicken or eggs.
