Egg Curry
2013-07-29Egg curry is a Specific Carbohydrate Diet and can be paired with a salad.
Ingredients
- Eggs - 3
- Tomato Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Water - 3 cups
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Curry Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Boil 3 cups of water in a pot. Add tomato sauce, turmeric powder, salt and curry powder in a pot and let them cook for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs separately in water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the eggs after they have cooled down and cut them in halves.
Step 4
Add the eggs to the curry prepared in Step 1 and enjoy it with a salad.
